Nimrod Meats opened in 2021 with a dream to bring locally sourced farm products to your table. We slaughter, process, and package meat on-site. Items available in our retail market includes fresh and frozen cuts of meat, beef sticks, jerky, dairy products, and other healthy items such as local honey, elderberry syrup, salts, sauces, popcorn, vitamins, grilling supplies, and more. We are always adding new items that you won't find at your local grocery store!

• Newly built 9800 sq ft meat locker opened March 2021. Our farm to table retail market’s grand opening was May 9, 2023 (one year from our first slaughter).

• Farm to table retail store with locally sourced, fresh, and wholesome products. Our first priority is to support local farmers and small businesses in the area. by bringing the best quality and best tasting products we can find. Our second priority is to provide an array of healthy products that you can’t find locally. We are always looking for other healthy products from local or reputable suppliers.

Karla is a Certified Holistic Health Coach and received her certification through IIN (Institute of Integrative Nutrition) in 2019. Opening this locker has been the perfect way to use her knowledge to help the community by bringing healthy products that community members cannot find locally.
